Complete the online application form. This link will take you to Scholarship America's Web site. When finished, print the application form and get the required signatures.

Applicants will receive acknowledgement of receipt of their application. If an acknowledgement card is not received within three weeks, applicants may call Scholarship America at 1-800-537-4180 ext. 216 to verify that the application has been received.
